Unable to launch Interactive Labs

I am unable to launch VM mode to complete Dynamics 365 assigned labs. After I click the Launch VM Mode button, I am asked to verify by selecting similar items, which I completed successfully, but after that, it never launches a VM to complete the labs.
I am logged in on the MS Learn portal using the email. I'm unsure if my ID is blocked for VM launch or something.
I was trying to complete the following labs (and many other labs for Dymanics 365 Finance and Operations) -
