For most countries and regions, business hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (local time), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
The following exceptions apply:
- North America: Business hours are from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Pacific Standard Time), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Japan: Business hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
