@Robbie Giesken, Thanks for posting in Q&A. From your description, it seems when switching from Wi-Fi to LTE, the remote help is not working. Could you check if it can work when we just connect via LTE not switching and then do remote?
If it is also not working. But TeamViewer can work, I wonder it can be the network requirement for Remote Help in the following link is not allowed by LTE. Please contact LTE support to look into it.
