tyntec Portability Check allows you to validate a phone number in the tyntec number portability database

This connector is available in the following products and regions:

Logic Apps Standard All Logic Apps regions except the following:

Power Automate Premium All Power Automate regions except the following:

The �tyntec Portability Check� connector allows you to check phone numbers against the tyntec number portability database to validate phone numbers in real time. You can check for accuracy while the customer enters a number during the registration process or identify invalid numbers before sending messages to minimize failed attempts.

Pre-requisites

You will need the following to proceed:

  • A Microsoft Power Apps or Power Automate plan with custom connector feature
  • tyntec API Key

How to get API Key?

  1. Sign up/Login to your tyntec account
  2. Click on API settings
  3. In the API settings, click on New API KEY
  4. Copy the newly assigned API key

Known issues and limitations

If you are using tyntec trial account, you need to whitelist your phone numbers to allow Portability Check. Follow through the demo guide

Creating a connection

The connector supports the following authentication types:
