Skype for Business Online users

Users enabled for dial-in conferencing
To enable people for dial-in conferencing, see Set up Audio Conferencing for Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams.
Users in the cloud
This is the number of Skype for Business Online users who have Office 365 accounts.
To add people to your Office 365 subscription (that is, create Office 365 accounts for them), see Add users individually or in bulk to Office 365 - Admin Help.
Users synced and homed online
This is the number of Skype for Business Online users who are synchronized from an on-premises Active Directory.
To set up your on-premises Active Directory, see Set up directory synchronization for Office 365.

How to change information about your organization

Organization name
This is the name you entered when you signed up for Office 365. To change it, see Change your organization's address, technical contact, and more.
Organization ID
You can't change your Organization ID.
Organization created
You can't change this value.
Active Directory synchronization on
This is whether your organization is being synchronized to a Skype for Business Online organization that is on-premises.
To set up your on-premises Active Directory, see Set up directory synchronization for Office 365.
Organization domains
When you initially set up Office 365, these are the domains that were registered.
