If one clicks "Tags" on the input page one is presented with a grid of names with no idea of how many pages to click to find a tag. For example, in the current list of 1-X pages where one click to find anything related to Exchange? That is assuming there is anything related to Exchange. But if, for a lack of a better description, the index were Alpha one could find tags related to Exchange or Email easily.
Under its current format the number of pages will continue to grow and make clicking through them odious. Your audience will give up and abandon this resource and as the users drop off so will the funding.
One more suggestion. Instead of pages, consider broad headings.... Azure, O365, Exchange, OS that are not tags but with tags under each broad heading, as in Exchange opens to Version then tags for subject matter.
