Can multiple responses be marked as answer?

At FAQ here - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/articles/25904/accepted-answers.html

It is mentioned that - "Why only one accepted answer?
Because only the person who asked the question can accept an answer, one answer will solve their problem. There might be several that are close enough, and for that, the community and the original poster can vote to indicate the rest of the users that the answer is also good."

But I see 2 accepted answers here - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/121069/csv-data-table-file-load-issue-to-sql-data-base.html?childToView=121738#answer-121738

This is very strange

I was sure that only one message can be marked as answer.

We had discussions on this topic and I said that multiple answers is needed, but others did not agreed with me. I asked for this...

Now, I am wondering if this is a bug or maybe multiple answers are allowed now. Anyhow, this is the first time I see it

Having been programming computers for 50 years, I find it humorous to think that there exists a single answer to any question asked about a computer issue. There may be wrong answers, but there are so often good/better/best answers. Many times I have seen multiple ways to solve an issue.

Exactly!

Moreover, it is not just that each question has multiple good different answers, we need to remember that maybe what best for one specific database can fit less in a different database. Maybe solution A best for database X while solution B best for database Y

Multiple answers is natural and must be in discussion forums. I will be happy to know that this is not a bug and it is supported, but as I mentioned in the past we had this discussions and I understood that the system only support single "answer"
