No emails received after Ignite challenge

Hi, I have completed more than 1 challenge and have not received any emails on free certification exam.
Could you please help to get it?

Notification regarding your free Microsoft Certification exam
If you completed at least one of the six Microsoft Ignite challenges, you have earned a free Microsoft Certification exam. We have enabled these for all qualified participants and an email has been sent containing a link to instructions on how to redeem.

Good day,

(1) you are not in the right place. This place is for feedback regarding the QnA forums.

(2) I HIGHLY recommend you to edit the message and remove the email address from the public forum!

(3) As much as I know the team that in charge on the ignite is the same team that in charge on the https://techcommunity.microsoft.com you might get better answers there.

(4) Your best option is probably contact the ignite team. You should have the information in the email that you got when registered to the ignite.
