In my company, we have a small issue with Master Data Add-In in Office 365.
Two users when connecting to MDS and choose a model, they only see part of all rows from models, for example in one of them - 3000 from 5000 rows. Unfortunately, I have no idea what happend. We use the same address to connect. We have the same version of Excel. These users can see all of the rows on the UI site.
On a test account with the same permissions, I can see all of the rows.
What Can I do to solve this issue or what else should I check?
