NEED HELP- MS seems to hide from providing any real assistance to customers

This website is terrible. I am having difficulty with my MS 365 account and need to speak with someone- a human- to assist me. It is impossible to find a way to contact MS. When I did find a contact phone number, it hung up on me because it said I don't have a phone number associated with my account, which I do. This is infinitely frustrating, stressful and a HUGE time and money suck.

They make it impossible to figure out how to contact MS by email either. Thanks for nothing MS.

Another option is that you do not direct the right people, or your complain is not clear, exactly as this thread...

This site has nothing to do with the "MS 365 account", and it is not managed or monitor by the same team. You are in the wrong place speaking with the wrong team in the wrong system.

This place is for Feedback and issue related to the QnA system only and not for feedback about Microsoft product. It is a place to provide ideas about how to improve THIS SITE, which mean the QnA forums :-)

It is impossible to find a way to contact MS.

Microsoft is not a local 4 employees company but a Global company with tens of different products and services. Each product/service has a different way to get support or report issues.

This make no sense if I am right, since as much as I know there is no phone for the public to contact the team directly. There are only general services/support phone which are usually not relevant.

The support is given on chat or emails usually as much as I know.

NOTE! If your issue related to "using the product", then this is not relevant to the support. In this case, you can register to any external course. This is not something that Microsoft should support you. This is related to learning and not to support.

Note! during all this thread you do not provide any information about what is your issue! Saying that you have an issue does not help to find the right entity to help you. This is NOT the way to request for support and such messages cannot be solved. It is not constructive request for help.

In general, to get support about office 365 accounts you should use the office 365 site. To get help about how to use the product you can contact any external school or course or community forums.

Can you sign-in to your account?



To clarify, I am NOT working for Microsoft, but a community Moderator here as this is a community forum which is own by Microsoft and managed by Microsoft and community members together. A such (not part of Microsoft) I can agree with you that in many cases it is VERY hard to get the support which you look for and to find the right team to contact with. You should always search for the related support according to the product/service.
