I have a post where I cannot upload some script files. have tried many times from different browsers. the files are small text files. See:

Please tell me how I can upload files. below is a screenshot of an attempt. Once I clicked on the upload button it became disabled as you can see in the screenshot, and it hangs here. you can see that the upload is 0% complete.
