Renewal of Subscription

Dear Support team,

There is an amount which was deducted for my subscription on 6th of november 2020 for the renewal and the expiry date of the subcription is 6th of December 2020. Now my Microsoft Office is deactivated and its requesting me to pay again.

O365 is not currently supported here on QnA. The product group for Office actively monitors questions over at
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_account
