There is a whole bunch of problems that exists when trying to login to the Azure portal that would be nice to get solved.
Some of these might be because the affected account is a actually a Microsoft account rather than an Organisational account.
1) This happens a lot when trying to re-login. Quite often it's solved by just typing in portal.azure.com again. But not always. Like just now it didn't work at all. I tried both Ctrl + F5, Ctrl + Shift + R. Clearing all the site data from the dev tools and disabling caching doesn't help either. I get to this page by just typing https://portal.azure.com right now. Opening an incognito tab allowed be to go through the login step but breaks after a while. It's possible that is a temporary thing as it's rarely this bad.
2) Whenever using the "Microsoft Authenticator-app" option where you get the Approve/Sign-in option in Authenticator this screen only shows for like 2 seconds before it claims it timed out. You can actually approve the code in Authenticator still, then reload the web page and give your password again and it will get past that step. This also always works properly when logging in to other services like Azure Devops with the same account. So normally I login to Azure Devops instead and then open the portal. But because the sessions lengths differ that's not always an issue.
3) With this account I also quite often get that "Microsoft accounts" are having problems. I don't have a picture right now but it's basically as like 1) but I get a white error page instead
