Highlight Active Users

There are members in this forum who are actively answering questions and it is recommended to create metrics and define badges for active users. It would have been nice like if there are badge for those who are active in this forum in addition to expert badge to show someone is expert let say in field of Windows IT Professional. This should be separate with the experience and should be based on contribution in the community.
