No chat, no helpline.

I am an IT user not a technician I don't have time to plow through pages of text that I don't understand. I have a new Kindle and I cant get Microsoft to let me sign in on it. This is now day 3, I follow the instructions round in an endless loop, then it tells me I have to start again on another day as i have already done something twice.
Why is there no help line or chat service, very poor.

What kind of new Kindle device it is? Or are you talking about the Kindle software installed on a Windows device?
