To Whom It May Concern: The nonprofit I work for purchased Microsoft Office Suite from Techsoup for my new Mac laptop. I've downloaded the software from VLSC. When I open the software, it asks for my username and password. After I enter it, I get the following message: "There is a problem with your account. Please try again later." I've tried to open the software repeatedly over the past few days. I would appreciate your assistance in solving the problem. Thank you, Daniel
