Today, when I logged in with my account, it asked me to confirm my account and show me the registration form. I was worried like I am using different account or I lost my activities but it seems like a normal procedure. I am wondering why I observed this behavior and in case we are already signed-in please add note and explaining about why we are seeing this menu?
