An issue of not allowing to post questions

Hello,

I keep getting the message below after clicking the submit button to post my question:

'Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://docs.microsoft.com/answers/questions/ask.html" on this server.

I used to post questions regarding issues with logic errors in my website at this site fine: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/topics/dotnet-aspnet-core-mvc.html

May I know why the site doesn't allow me to post my questions anymore? How can I fix it?

Can someone help me fix this issue please?

@dailyUnknown-3083 can you provide more info? Is it maybe you were trying to include a script that we are blocking due to security? If so, can you attach it as a file here so we can investigate? Thank you.
