Need alert when reputation points change

Sometimes my reputation goes up, but I have no idea why. I would like to see an alert indicating 1. The type of activity that added reputation points (upvote, accepted answer, etc), 2. The thread or answer that received the upvote, 3. how many points I received for that thread.

Stackoverflow has the inbox feature for this:

I have posted a similar feedback long back. Looks like this feature is on their roadmap.
