Spam staying on board for way too long

This post has been up for at least 7 hours now: https://docs.microsoft.com/answers/questions/856/paint-your-car-why-not-this-is-how-you-do-it.html. It's an obvious spam message, one which should have been deleted hours ago by your moderators.

Also, I could not find a report spam button in desktop at all. I found one by accident in mobile and reported it (also hours ago).

I reported it too. A suggestion could be that after some flag(s) from different members that it get auto-hide until a MS employee clear the flag by erasing the spam (like in our exemple) and/or editing the post if it's a good faith error.

@joonasw and @yagmoth555 our team has been diligently going through the spam few times a day. The item above was reported today for the first time (or maybe it was reported before and we republished the spam back by mistake).

We will continue reviewing the spam together with automation. We will be also adding more moderators to the site that will help to ensure these reports are taken care of quicker.

Yeah, this kind of issues require a bit of automation + active moderation. Just for comparison, I've seen similar posts in Stack Overflow, and they usually vanish in under 2 minutes as they get bombed with close/delete votes by many people. Not that I'd expect the same level of response here just yet :) But it'd be nice to get response times way smaller.

@joonasw In a near futur more moderators would be active, as I think the MVP community would be implicated. I'am currently moderator on TechNet, and usualy the answer time is good. A bit longer than on SO because it need a moderator right in the minimum to remove a spam/post, but the account get locked faster than on SO.
