Arabic in Q&A notification emails

Hi,

I just received a Q&A email notification, but apparently arabic is not properly handled in the email body:

We are investigating why Arabic is not displaying well on the mail templates. Thank you for letting us know.

Hi @saldana-msft ,

This is a case of encoding issue. The email is clearly not sent in the same encoding which the client app try to read it. This can be bypass in the client app (most email app allow to configure the encoding of the email we open), but best configuration is to make sure that all participates in the process use UTF-8 encoding which is the official encoding for emails and web app according to the WWW.

Assuming the email is sent wall using UTF-8, @AbdelHalimDADOUCHE-9221 what application are you using to read the email? We can help you configure the app so you will be able to read it
