Poorly constructed site

The site disallows novice from getting any help at all. How will I know what to fill up at the tag? It is just like you are throwing me a Japanese dictionary and ask me to select a Japanese word to fit in tag so that I can submit a question in Japanese to learn about Japanese.
If a user is not familiar with all the Azure terminologies and categories, he/she won't get a response because he/she hasn't done the 'right' thing by filling in the tag properly? This is plain unhelpful. At the end of the day, a novice is the one that will need the most help and cannot get anywhere with it.
To put it bluntly, it is not anything close to helping you solve your problem or support you. It is just creating another problem and does not instill any learning.

One thing we are evaluating to alleviate this issue is auto-tagging. Without any categorization, the questions will go to a void instead of being sent to experts who can answer them. Moderators will retag things if the threads don't have the right tags. Leaving the feedback open to address the auto-categorization need.
