Shouldn't there be some dialog box to free-hand type in reasons for these sorts of activities?
QnA edits, modifications, deletions, etc.
Thank you @DSPatrick. Today, if you have the right permissions and edit somebody else's question, answer, etc. you have opportunity to leave a comment on what the changes are and even notify the followers of the thread:
I agree with you that should be there for deletions too.
I am not sure if we need to enable it for when somebody edits their own content though. Let me know what you think.
