I posted a Question regarding shared strings (maximum number of those and/or possibility of second file to adress more than a million) here.
Later today I realized in another Post that his Q&A here does not coer Questions regarding Excel (sic being a very popular Application).

But that tates to be migrated to here and in fact reinks into Q&A
So where can I get answers to questions regarding Excel?
I'm aware that the tag I had to chose doesn't fit neither but WHAT can I do instead to post appropriately and WHERE ?
