Not all comments are shown

Quite often I am unable to see a complete thread with all comments. I know I added a comment there

but I only see now a few comments with just one answer. Where is the rest of the comments?

In some threads I'm seeing the opposite - the same answer repeated twice. I'm not sure if this is what was actually posted or a problem.

I'm still missing some comments, say, in this thread https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/905324/ssis-cannot-find-oracle-connection-or-toolbox-item.html I don't see the most recent comment. I see that SNicola made a comment, but I don't see it.
