Software Reporting

Software Reporting is empty.

My sccm clients are active and my HW and SW inventory runs but my reporting returns empty.

What is the possible issue here?

    Do you have asset intelligence enabled and so do you have the inventory class client settings hardware inventory enabled with 'SMS_SoftwareInstalled'?
    You need these to be enabled in order to run the reports successfully.

    Could we check if other reports are normal? If so and the report of Software 02D is just broken, please follow the steps above. If not, please check the component status of report is normal in the system status tab.
