    @Jung-Jik Lee I understand that the device is not working. Kindly confirm, have you referred the USB3 host controller compatibility Section on Azure Kinect known issues and troubleshooting?

    Are you able to see the power indicator LED on the back of your Azure Kinect DK? Also, please check the below information and please let us know if you need further help.

    We would like to know the retailer-source from which you have purchased the device ?.
