Enable sharing calendar room Exchange 2010

Hi,

I need to enable sharing the calendar of a room, with the possibility that users who have permission can create, edit and delete events, which has not worked for me.
I have occupied the following command

Add-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity User:\Calendar -user User@domine.com -AccessRights PublishingEditor,EditAllItems

It has not been possible by owa
