DFSR namespace file synchronization issue

Question

Hi All,

I'm constantly having issues with my multi-server (10+ servers ) DFS Namespace replication (Win 2016).

The file backlog is always in the higher number like 500,000+ sometimes up to 1million+
Upon checking with the script, I can see the Staging Path Quota size is always smaller than the total sum of the top 32 Largest Files in each of the servers.

How can I make sure the DFS file servers always synchronized without constantly extending the Staging Path Quota size every day by 100GB?
