Azure AD Connect: both internal and public domain names are the same - any problems?

We're at the beginning stages of setting up AADC, and I'm not sure if there will be any problem with both the private and public domain names being the same. Are there any caveats? I'm not able to track down anything, but I did want to see what others thought. Thanks

Well, that's actually a good thing! AADConnect doesnt care about that stuff unless there is something I am not understanding about your question.
