Lost Global Admin Access to Tenant because of lost authenticator

Hi

I have lost Global Admin Access to my tenant because of MFA. I do have my phone number registered in the SSPR (so I can reset my GA password) but not in MFA so when I lost my authenticator I cannot log into the Azure Portal using my Global Admin Account
I do have access as I billing Administrator through another account (wich is also a technical contact ) but I cannot regain Global Admin that way.
I have tried to call MS but it is realy difficult to get through. I have been waiting on hold now for hours. I cant create a ticket in the portal, the AI tries to solve my problem but cant and i can never get to a place where I can communicate my problem to a human

Any advice?

    I am in Iceland so do you have a country code for that number, cant find anything about it online

    If you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to the Azure Data Protection team to restore access. 866-807-5850

    Again, thank you DSPatric for taking the time to reply

    I called the support number and after, I think after selecting 7 options the AI voice pointed me to https://support.microsoft.com/oas. I started to create a support request and that ended with a redirection to the support system in my tenant, where I started from in the first place. A perfect circle, I am very impressed! Along the way they have managed to get me to buy a bigger support package, Basic to Developer.

    Even though I work with MS product all day long I am not very experienced in using their support, seems complicated and not easy to get help

    This is not a high priority, because this tenant is my sandbox, which I use for learning, POC, testin new features etc.. But I pay for the services and should be able to get support?

    I have lost count of the hours spent listening to some bass riff repeating every 30 seconds. I have gotten through three times. One time the support agent was very nice and took down my number and said they would call me back. That did not happen. Another time, the agent greeted my, listened to my problem and the line was cut. The last time the support agent greeted and then the line went dead. Am the only one having these problems reaching Microsoft support?
    Plus, I always get the extra message at the beginning explaining that the call volume is unusually high. This for almost two weeks
    This is such a waste of life (life=time)
    Is GCP any good :-)

    I don't know why I am venting at you guys, anyways. Back to the bass riff!
