Registering Developer Account not possible

Registering a new Developer Account for my Company is not possible. The server answers every time with a HTTP 403 Forbidden.

The following error text is shown

Error code 2201.
Correlation ID 843cb22c-7030-4220-a38c-746e0a4c1f0d,eSiVLqEWh06TN8hJ.0.0.

The Company name includes an ö. But this might not be the fix. When I replace the ö with oe the error will shown at all.

    This seems to be a server issue and only the Store team could check it. Please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Choose to Contact us, select Dashboard for Topic, and select Account setup and management for issue type.
