CDN Stuck on Pending domain validation approval

Hi,

I created a CDN endpoint using the cdnverify method last Friday, I am currently still seeing "Pending domain validation approval" as the status detail.

I have checked the spam folder and can't find any emails and I have admin@ and webmaster@ both going to my own inbox.

I don't unfortunately have a support contract I can reach out with, but truly hope someone can help me out :)

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & I hope you are doing well.

I understand that you are trying to add a custom domain and get it verified in Azure CDN.

May I ask if there is any particular reason you are using "cdnverify" subdomain.

I see this is a new deployment.

I would suggest you to remove the "cdnverify" domains altogether and use a proper CNAME.

See : Custom domain is mapped to your CDN endpoint by a CNAME record

If that CNAME record still exists and doesn't contain the cdnverify subdomain, the DigiCert CA uses it to automatically validate ownership of your custom domain

Please implement the above action plan and let us know how it goes.
