I have checked with my team internally and found no inbuilt feature available for this scenario!
Microsoft does not provide any code to export to Excel.
We have to implement caching the joint info returned for each frame and write them to disk in a suitable format for Excel (could be as simple as CSV format).
Use the Azure Kinect Body Tracking SDK to collect the coordinate data of the skeleton in real-time. and store the data to Excel format, and as suggested by the product team please make use of custom program such as Python to export the data.
