Visio Org Chart Wizard Error Message

I am trying to create an org chart using the Wizard and keep encountering an error that states that I have 254 entries that are not in the organization. I updated my excel data based on similar scenarios and continue to receive the error.

What do I need to do in order to successfully create my org structure through Visio?

    Could you show us a simple of your source data?
    Please note, an organization chart is a diagram of a reporting hierarchy that is commonly used to show relationships among employees, titles, and groups.
    So the data source needs to have columns for employee name, unique identifier, and the person the employee reports to.

    I am using an excel spreadsheet that has different columns with the data I would like to display. I even tried to separate the managers teams to import the excel that way and I continue to get the error message. If I click on 'Yes' on the error it then puts each individual and the detail I have selected for the box on a separate page. I even tried to say I will set the page up and include the individuals name at the top, it still will not build it out on one sheet with the org structure.
