    It seems a bug: The State/province is required but someone didn't set it proprietary correctly. You can find it by press F12 with dev tools: <div id="StateOrProvinceListCanada" class="form-group col-sm-12 hidden"> You can see the list after delete hidden: <div id="StateOrProvinceListCanada" class="form-group col-sm-12">

    I had the same problem and found the solution here.

    Because the province is mandatory, but not marked as , and its value has to be obtained from here F12, direct address such as "广东" is not allowed， must "GD"*
