Azure AD B2C Multi Factor Authentication Pricing

We are planning to enable Multi Factor Authentication for all users in Azure AD B2C.

We are trying to find the pricing for this feature. In documentation it just says flat rate. Not able to find an approximate pricing

Separate Charges
A flat fee is billed for each SMS/Phone-based multi-factor authentication event.

Do we what is the flat rate ? Does it vary by country ?

I have the same question.

I couldn't find MFA pricing on that page either. Last time I was able to see some pricing somewhere it was something like 5 cents per authentication. For SMS that makes sense because of the telco prices, but surprisingly/disapointingly the same price was also listed for Authenticator App notifications which are a lot closer to free in terms of costs on their end. It would be great to see fairer pricing on the MFA options that rely on push notifications. How can we submit this feedback to Microsoft?
Lower cost of MFA means more platforms will actually use it rather than trying to "bake their own" to try to save money.
