Microsoft Edge access the to RD Web Access site - RDP and wrong credentials

We have two famrs: RDS 2012 R2 and 2016 (included: RD CB, RD GW, RD Web Access and RDS Hosts). The users access from RD Web from their desktops(using standard user credentials). Users log in without problem and can run remote applications using IE11.

When using Microsoft Edge, accessing the remoteapps (visible icons of available applications), by clicking on the chosen one - RDP file is downloaded. I don't mind that. However, the file execution ends with a message: "The connection was denied because the user account is not authorized for remote login".

How do I solve the credential issue in Microsoft Edge with the Remote Apps?

1.what's the version of Microsoft edge ?
2.can you enter winver in command prompt on win10 computer and look the os version and os version number ?[for example windows 10 enterprise 1809 (os build 17763.316)]
3.did you config SSO for your win10 client ?
4.when your issue first happen?
did we use microsoft edge to open remoteapp successfully in current rds environment before?
5.if we delete the cache and passwords,will the same issue happen ?
