In the below dashboard page > Select pearsen vue exam provider > opens a new page and should see Score report link on right side

Login to the the Microsoft Certification page below and access your dashboard:
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx
At the right-hand side of the page you will find View your score report:

Click the View your score report and you will be redirected to a PearsonVue page which will contain all the exams that you have taken.
There you can once again see an option to view your score reports, click on View Score Reports.

You should now see a list of all the exams you've taken, to see the score report of an exam, click on the View button beside the exam:

Once you click on View, a scorereport.pdf will be downloaded where you can see your exam score report.
