hello! I am writing this because I have a question.

I'm working on creating an Azure Dedicated Host and deploying a virtual machine to that host to run it.

The virtual machine is deployed on the host, but when I start the virtual machine I am getting the error message below.

"Virtual machine 'x-x-x' failed to start. ERROR: Failed to allocate the VM on a Dedicated Host. Make sure the Dedicated Host has enough capacity or allocate it elsewhere."

May i know what could be the reason?

Can you tell if a bug is causing the error?

    Hi

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

On a high level, the error seems to be like that of maxed out capacity to create anything new. Pls refer to the below links from MS, I hope it will help you. Let me know if you still face issues or couldn't figure the exact cause.
