Does the Microsoft IKEv2 implementation support RFC 5685 - IKEv2 redirection?

I've read through docs, looked at ikeext.dll's debug symbols (public), and my speculation is no. Can anyone confirm one way or another?

I can confirm this; in my servers get errors from native Win10 VPN clients stating
"client does not support IKE redirection"
When I attempt to redirect them. Microsoft needs to add this feature.
