Migrate a VMachine to Azure (Great Plains in Windows Server 2008)

Question

I would like to know the implications of migrating a virtual machine from Great Plains to Azure, using the same license and architecture, is this possible?

Thanks for your answer @Dave Patrick ,I would like to know initially, do you know of any inconvenience about migrating a vm with windows server 2008 to the azure platform?

I understand the documentation does not establish a limitation on the version of windows to migrate or am I wrong?

This shouldn't be a problem.

Migrate existing Windows Server 2008 and 2008 R2 workloads as-is to Azure Virtual Machines (VMs). This migration to Azure automatically provides an additional three years of extended security updates (ESU). There's no additional charge for extended security updates on top of Azure VM's cost, and there's no additional configuration required.

And if I need to use the "Great Plains" application inside an azure virtual machine, do you know of any problems?
It would be exported with its version and technical configuration to the cloud

I wouldn't think there'd be any issues but great plains support would be in the best position to answer that one.
