Unclear RPO and RTO for SQL always on availability group

The article about BCDR for SQL Server provides a descriptive information regarding RTO and RPO for using Always On availability group for SQL Server on Azure VM (RTO: The time taken to make the secondary replica as primary, RPO: Because replication to the secondary replica is asynchronous, there's some data loss)

Is there a range of time to provide for these values to consider with expectations we have for our organization?

I am asking about a feature related to SQL on VM (referred to as SQL Server on an Azure infrastructure as a service (IaaS) virtual machine (VM) in the BCDR for SQL Server article)

Are there any clearer values of RTO and RPO?

Thank you for sharing that article, Indeed Azure documentation will give you a referential time for RTO and RPO,
To have a clear value you must run a Test-failover

What is the RTO of a VM failover? Site Recovery has an RTO SLA of two hours. Most of the time, Site Recovery fails over VMs within minutes. To calculate the RTO, review the failover job, which shows the time it took to bring up a VM.
