SQL Always On did not failover

Hi,

we did several failover tests with SQL Always On, restarting the server and disconnecting the network card everything worked perfectly.

But in a specific test we noticed that the failover did not occur and it shows the server status as (Resolving). Identical to the case when synchronization is asynchronous, in which after manual failover it returns to its normal state.

This test was simply shutting down the SQL service and the status showed (Resolving).

After turning on SQL or restarting the server everything goes back to normal.

The server has a network for management access and a network for replication that we define in the endpoint configuration the TCP URL.

What could be happening?

Thank you.
