Policy 10.1.4.4 App Quality - Content

Hello,

I'm trying to update one of my UWP games. It has been in the store for almost 8 years without a problem.

I was not able to update it and on the top of that it was excluded from the store no matter I integrated many new features in it.

Microsoft certification team keeps returning my game because it does not meet 10.1.4.4 App Quality - Content Policy.

Where exactly I can find that policy because when I search for it over the internet, there is no info about it.

The content policy part is here: Content Policies and App Quality is introduced here: App Quality. The message you got that 10.1.4.4 App Quality - Content Policy does not exist in Content Policies document. I'd suggest you open a support ticket with the team to ask for detailed information. Please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Go to Contact us tab , find Non-Technical Support - Dashboard and choose SUBMIT AN INCIDENT. You could talk to the store team directly and confirm this behavior.

Thank you for your answer.

I've already read that page but it just recommends how you can make "amazing apps with staying power". It does not define the 10.1.4.4 App Quality - Content Policy which in fact I cannot find anywhere in Microsoft Policies.
I've already wrote an email to the report app team asking them to provide more info on the issue but I haven't received any answer yet.
I will submit an incident and meanwhile I will try to integrate some new features in my game.

Have you ever been able to solve this issue? I have almost the same case here. My UWP app to show a webcam feed has been in the store for three years and is used world-wide. Now it was removed with following reason:

10.1.4.4 App Quality - Content Your product must offer unique lasting value, such as interaction and variety. Content offered provides little value or variety. Tested devices: Microsoft Surface Laptop
