Azure Communication Services-Email. Can you view replies even though it's a Do not reply address

I have setup a do not reply email address through Azure Communication Services. I used this address to send email from an application. My question is, although it says DONOTREPLY in the address, I'm sure someone will reply to it. Is there a way to view these replies?

I too want to make sure that if users reply to the DONOTREPLY email address, that they will not fill up an inbox somewhere that nobody is checking.

Yes, you can view replies to the "Do not reply" email address. You can use Azure Communication Services to subscribe to Email Delivery Report Received and Email Engagement Tracking Report Received events. You can then use an Event Grid viewer to view events in near-real time. The viewer provides the user with the experience of a real-time feed. Also, the payload of each event should be available for inspection.
