How do I extract more metrics such as apiserver, data store and etcd in Azure managed Grafana?

Hi

I want to get more metrics in Prometheus such as -  apiserver_request_duration_seconds and coredns_cache_hits_total – however after applying the Configmap listed on GitHub *- https://github.com/Azure/prometheus-collector/blob/main/otelcollector/configmaps/ama-metrics-settings-configmap.yaml URL: https://github.com/Azure/prometheus-collector/blob/main/otelcollector/configmaps/ama-metrics-settings-configmap.yaml

Click to follow link.")  with apiserver* and coredns switched to “true”- I am still not able to see the metrics in Grafana.

 

What else is missing?

    Checkout Customize scraping of Prometheus metrics in Azure Monitor (preview) which describes the default targets that are scraped and how to modify those settings to collect more metrics. To scrape additional targets, refer to Create and validate custom configuration file for Prometheus metrics in Azure Monitor (preview).
