Multiple times i tried to register for exam. always it gives the error.

•Clear all cache and cookies
•Use the InPrivate option in Internet Explorer or Edge

all the possible ways i tried but no hope don't know what is the issue. reached "Pearson VUE Support " they said only Microsoft should help. I m really fed up .
also i m need to link my personal id with official to get the free vouchers, it give error again
please help
