mem - showing site server with 1 member

Hi,

In our environment some of the machines showing 1 member of the site system server.

can you please tell how this would installed / which log need to verify when this is installed ?

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Q&A forum.
We can search the machines name in hman.log on site server.
There should be some messages like:
New site system: xxx xxxxx.xxx.xxx SMS Site System
