Hi,

Here's the summary of our problem, hopefully someone can help.

We are trying to build a WSUS Update Server for our company, but we found out that one of the URL's for whitelisting is no longer accessible.
This was also seconded by our Cybersecurity Team. Is this list updated? or Is there a reason why the URL's are not accessible.

    Hi @Jed Damasco ,

You'll find the most updated list over here:

Connection from the WSUS server to the Internet
    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-server/administration/windows-server-update-services/deploy/2-configure-wsus#211-connection-from-the-wsus-server-to-the-internet

This doesn't mean however that the list may not have dead/temporary unavailable links, because the documentations are not updated that frequently and I don't believe there are any official statements of the links being retired.

    Hello JedDamasco-6709,

Thanks for your posting on this forum.

    I agree with LeonLaude.

These URL links may not ping as the usual. But it is not mean that we could not connect to these links. I just want to confirm whether there is a Whitelist or a Blacklist in your environment. Perhaps we could consult the Network engineer in your company to research further.

    Regards,
    Rita
